These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Employee Playbook, Lab Notes, the Operator Series, and any related materials (the "Course") offered by Prosper Labs Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in or accessing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.
The Course includes instructional content on setting up and configuring AI agents using open source tools. Prelaunch enrollment includes the core mini-course, a lifetime subscription to Lab Notes, early access to the Operator Series, personal email support, and lifetime updates to the Course content. The specific tools, platforms, and integrations referenced in the Course may change over time.
The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific outcome, including but not limited to cost savings, revenue increases, operational improvements, or successful AI implementation. Your results depend on your own effort, business context, technical environment, and many other factors outside our control.
If you are dissatisfied with the Course for any reason, you may request a refund by emailing us at the address provided in your enrollment confirmation. We will issue a refund as soon as possible. We do not want your money if you are not satisfied with the Course.
All Course content, including videos, written materials, code samples, and Lab Notes publications, is the property of Prosper Labs Consulting LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share access to the Course without our written permission. Your enrollment grants you a single, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for your own personal or business use.
The Course references and instructs on the use of open source software, including but not limited to Hermes Agent. Open source software is provided under its own licenses, which are separate from these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any open source license applicable to software you install or use as part of the Course.
The Course may reference or instruct on third-party services and platforms (e.g., model providers, messaging platforms, email and calendar services). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these third parties unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms, pricing, and privacy policies of any third-party service you choose to use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosper Labs Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Course. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Course shall not exceed the amount you paid for enrollment.
The Course is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Course will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify enrolled users by email or through the Course platform. Your continued use of the Course after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Idaho.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at the email address provided in your enrollment confirmation.
